My name is Malin Aquilon and I am a coach/therapist, based in Stockholm. I have a holistic approach that encompasses the human personality, the soul and the body.

My specialization is to be able to quickly resolve various obstacles in the subconsicuos that block, delay or sabotage life. We may get stuck in a "flight, fight or freeze" state that is preventing us to learn anew, and is triggered by various memories.  This can be resolved by e.g. making a REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phase while awake.  This is the body's own way of resolving stressful incidents (EMDR). I also use other methods like Hypnosis/NLP,  Havening, Tapping and Core Transformation. We usually work on a particular problem, a stressful emotion, behaviour or reaction as a point of departure. I am result oriented and we work until the problem is solved. The four columns below show more examples of what I can help you with.
